MINNEAPOLIS, Mn — On May 6, 2026, Sweigart Murdock, LLP, and Mohrman, Kaardal & Erickson, P.A. filed a federal lawsuit against Chris, DeYanna, and Paige Ostroushko relating to their attack on journalist Savanah Hernandez at an anti-ICE protest at the Whipple Building in Minnesota on April 11. The Ostroushkos physically assaulted Savanah in an act of abhorent and inexcusable political violence for which all three are currently under federal indictment. Our firm is committed to obtaining justice for Savanah through this civil action.
